Hi gang! I've not popped in much all week with all I've had going on here... but finally tonight I am cooking up pork and sauerkraut with mashed potatoes.... a comfort food from my childhood... yummy.... going to also make another batch of my Mocha Pudding Cake... can't get enough of that!!!

DP just suggested we go over to brew pub for supper when he gets back from his tournament game....so I wont be having to plan or cook or clean up a supper.....and I like the brew pub...everything is good.

Hi......This site got me buying Panko and I absolutely love it. I use Blue Dragon brand. That's the only one I saw so far in my supermarket.
Sure, you can add some seasonings. I like garlic.
