LOL...ok, CW. I'll get something else together for you. Not much of the asparagus left anyhow. Oh, have another drink and you won't even notice you only have one veggie!
Oh wow...am I doing something wrong?? I usually only have one veggie with dinner. I have meat, starch and a veggie with sometimes a salad and fresh bread. Hmmmmmmm....................

Cyn, we've replaced carbs w/a 2nd veggie. Trying to lose a bit of weight, but in a healthy way. We have carbs in other ways like whole grain bread for breakfast or lunch, whole grain crackers, brown rice....you get the idea.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....I understand. I was a little confused. Go ahead and send that extra weight my way. When I'm stressed the weight falls off me and this last few months has done just that!! I'm sure it will find it's way back before I know it! I can't fit into my size 3-5 jeans right now--too big! Yikes!! Lacey suggested that I make some things up to munch on so I am doing that. So go ahead and send me your extra starches!

Heating pasta gravy/meatballs/sausage. Froze 4 containers for other meals. Made a huge spinach/mushroom/grape tomato, red pepper, purple onion, black olive salad, garlic bread.
Now cocktail time for me!
Crazy-I love asparagus-that's the first thing we've found that's different twin.
Hello everyone. I had homemade chicken and dumplings last night.

Tonight I went by the local BBQ place here and picked up a pound of BBQ and some baked beans. I made the slaw myself because I like mine better than any I have tasted - well it's my mom's recipe LOL! BBQ is good, but the baked beans have a really heavy molasses taste that I don't care for. Oh well, still learning where the good places are here!
Dinner is done, fish was good and now I need to clean the kitchen! It's raining pretty good with a bit of lightening and thunder so it should be a great night. I love these kind of storms! Night all!!!
