I'm feeling a bit lazy today. Steak on the grill may have to be amended. Maybe steak in the toaster oven.

I remember the mock apple pie, but I can't remember if I've tasted it. Surely I must've since I remember the recipe?

I guess that means I am ambivalent towards it, since it made such an indistinct impression!

I am not sure what's for dinner tonight. Something with ground beef is as much as I can commit to at the moment.

Dinner is up in the air tonight -- usually is on Fridays because we tend to hit up Happy Hour and then all plans fly out the window We talked about tacos if we are home, and we have leftover pizza too.

So....if we are home at dinner time, I think we will have the leftover pizza with some crudite and dip. If not, we'll eat out wherever we happen to be.

Highlands Gal.....the idea of eating out sounds just great to me......so its either bring home pizza or go out for a hamburger at the brew pub. I could be happy either way! I'm Easy!

Hi everyone! I never got around here yesterday, just a busy day.

Tonight for dinner I am making a salad, shrimp scampi w/ Angel Hair pasta. And, of course, a piece of bread to soak up the scampi sauce.

Have a great day!

Hi all-a little late today-lots going on.

Tuna noodle casserole tonight w/cream of celery soup, red peppers, peas, topped with either crushed Ritz or Durkee onion rings.

This is something I could never stomach (as my mother's was inedible) until Cyn made it last year and wow what a difference. Mr. L asked for it for years but I could never "stomach up' to it.

Hey everyone, been busy lately. Tonight for dinner roast chicken with potatos and carrots. Yummy.

Hope everyone has a great Easter. I will be with family having ham and scalloped potatos. I think I am going to make a bread pudding for dessert.

Have a great weekend.

Probably will have to shut down my computer as the skies are really getting dark and there is thunder and lightening starting up. Sure don't need lightening to burn up my computer. If it passes I will be back up later. Have a great day and evening all!!
Oh Kelsie--hang on girl, looks like we're gonna rock-an-role!!
