Debsi- How do you make your fried rice?

I like whipped cream, redi Whip, and cool whip. Not picky here, lol. Cool whip and peanut butter is really good, lol. I remember when I was younger my girlfriends and I made whipped cream in a bowl with a whisk using Kahlua. It took forever to whip that cream by hand.

HG
- Good luck with the leak. Are there any pipes in the walls close to your wet carpet? What about your foundation? I hope it's a pipe. That would be easier to deal with. Good luck.

HL- Good luck with your sunflower seeds.

cyn- You need to take it easy with that arm. What kind of trees did you get?

Kat- I hope you have better luck baking than I did with my Angel Food Cake explosion.

CM- I love cheeseburgers on the grill.

Hi all. I am exhausted. We just spent another 4 hours at the other property mowing and weed eating. My back is killing me. We missed lunch so we will have an early dinner. I am making BBQ shrimp and leftover steak for my DH. Corn for hubby and brown rice and green beans for me.

I baked 2 lemon meringue pies this afternoon and delivered them to my boss for a belated birthday gift. There was no way I could have baked anything yesterday after the Inman Park Festival. Lemon meringue is his favorite The advantage of living in the South and having big hair is that I have the ability to make really tall meringue

Tonight I will make a spicy Korean squid dish (o jin a bokum) and serve it with steamed rice.

Have a great dinner everyone!

Dinner plans have changed in our house---again!! DH is making grilled cheeseburgers so who am I to complain?? Less mess and little for me to do!! I am all for that. Lisa, thanks for the reminder on my arm. It's just a drag when everything I do seems to hurt it. I have health insurance----it's so sad that I'm afraid to use it! I just got another bill from the Pathologist from 5 months ago...guess they sent my insurance co. a bill and never heard anything. Now that is a good insurance isn't it?? Well guess they will be hearing and hearing and hearing from me now--I am sick and tired of this. I think my name will become a bad word for them! Ha! Don't mess with old ladies!!! And they thought PMS was bad!!!!!

LOL!!!

No bleach blond hair, semi mullet yes. My hairdresser wanted to grow out my hair. I agreed but I told her that I hated the hair touching the back of my neck. She didn't say a thing and she started cutting the back of my hair. After she was finished she commented that I was right and I had the making of a mullet!!!

My left ankle was bothering me on Monday. I had no idea why. I thought maybe I was on my feet too much for the party. As I was washing my feet in the shower I noticed that my left foot was black and blue. I forgot that I had dropped my HUGE can of hairspray on my foot the other day!

You know what they say Kats, "the bigger the hair, the closer to God!" Okay, I admit, I am a child of the 80's!!!
