Good Thursday morning all.

Kitchen's closed at the "L" house-it's Cheers night.

Kats we had a great butcher shop in NJ and that's the only bar-b-cue sauce they would carry. I load up when it's on sale.

The wind's are still a-blowing. Have to "click" my red shoes.

I think I'll put together some hot roast beef sandwitches with mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans. At least that is what I "think" I will make for dinner tonight. Seems lately my mind changes like the weather! Ha! Speaking of weather it looks like the sun isn't going to be visiting us for a few days. If it's cloudy I would like rain and not just the clouds! We shall see.......

I will skip some of those ingredients for the kids or else I won't hear the end of it... Am I breading them? hmmm.... maybe.... I have brussel sprouts and a butter sauce, cauliflower, salad and garlic bread... I think that might be it for tonight... Goodnes knows that is more than enough for me!

Hi, all. We got some of that rain and lightening that Nomad was talking about earlier. Whoever sent it our way, many thanks. We may get more today.

Not sure what dinner's going to be tonight. I have some leftovers from the dinner party, so lunch may be another meat loaf sandwich and dinner some kind of meat with the green beans and carrots. Last night was veggie quesadilla with a salad on the side. Boy, did I pay for that spicey salsa later, but it was SSOOOOOO good!

Good Morning foodies

I have to think about tonight. Looking for new ideas.
Well I made the cake yesterday but believe it or not by the time we came back from dinner we were stuffed so it is still sitting here. Maybe today. God knows I don't need it. I even have fat free Cool Whip.

I am so proud of our NON-smokers here. You have all done a fantastic job. It is one of the hardest but most rewarding things you can do for yourself.

Hope everyone gets a little piece of sunshine today.

Good morning all. It's another sunny day in the mountains. Woo Hoo. Thank you FL for sharing our rain.

I am having General Tso's Chicken tonight with broccoli and DH is having the pasta and meat sauce that he was supposed to have last night.

We recently discovered that BBQ sauce too. I love it. I dream of it. It is that good. I don't think there is any going back after having it. LOL Right now we are torn between the hickory smoke and the honey one. I am not sure which one I love more.

Tonight for dinner, something with chicken that I didn't use last night. I ended up having pork chops as I had to extra mouths to feed. (babysat the neighbors).

Still looking for inspiration.
