cyn why won't your insurance cover you in NC for non emergencies if you don't mind me asking?

Nomad I bet you have ulcers with all that hot stuff you chow down at some point meds won't even help if that is what it is. How did you eat your last leg of smoked pork? Feel better soon

MWBW I sure hope you get a break from your work load soon miss reading your posts.

Debsi freeze that pulled pork for later if you are tired of eating it now. I just read where all these "wraps" we are eating has more calories that 2 slices of whole wheat bread. A lot of folks think the wraps are less I am sure.

HG congrats on no breads & pastas that is my weakness followed closely by potatoes.

Tonight will be whatever one wants to grab out of the fridge to warm up. Too many activities to have a sit down supper so we are all on our own.

Jaxson that last Leg of Pork was slow smoked and we used it mostly for sandwiches and some went into Rice-a-Roni....Don't think think I got ulcers. If I do it is stress not jalapenos. I watch kids eat whole jalapenos like candy down south of El Paso.....Like we would candy bars. Jalapeno much healthier. They are very much like a natural antibiotic my old colleage the biology prof told me.

I brought home some Canadian bacon to go with some fresh pineapple for wife to make pizza with. She be home soon. Had to stop and check on her dad. He should be home tomorrow I think.

Finally used the Panko on my chicken today...It did make it crunchier and tasted pretty good.

Doughboy pizza crust flunked out. Mama Mia's next time. topping was good. I got it down and it seems to be sticking.......Fresh pineapple made it better than the canned pineapple. I think thin sliced low salt ham next time instead of Canadian bacon. It was good but still tasted just like good baked ham. Lightly jalapeno topping just right. Seem to have helped nervous tummy settle down. I think the cheese is what helps. Skipped the oregano too. That seems to cause flair ups when used in sauces....Now a nap for dessert would be grand.

I just bought a bag of wild caught flounder and some fish seasoned panko type coating to bake it with. Anxious to try it....

Made a pot of chili as it was a rainy chili day. (naw, not rain in MI? Ugh. Sick of rain) It was good. Have leftovers and they are usually better the next day!

Have a good night!

(hope you feel better, Nomad!)
