Baking the leftover Penne from Sunday w/ricotta, cheeses, eggs. I have lots of meatballs left and I don't want to freeze so I'm making meatball sandwiches, put under the broiler topped with fresh mozzarella
I'll pass on the pasta and just eat the sandwich...............love those things.

Enjoy your evening all.

Of course, we have someone looking in on ours, but they still are a little mad at us, I think.

I will share with you the best investment I ever made for the cats Litter-Robot, the automatic self-cleaning cat litter box that really works

Mine will lay on the luggage when I start to pack the night before!

Yay to George and Mookster for making their own sauces/dressings! Sometimes it is daunting to do something new!

Oops, and Rickers!

Well, plans changed. Since baby came home tonight we ended up ordering pizza and salad. Quite a few visitors. I am spent.

Have a good night, everyone!

Actually, I bought my product in the refrigerated section. It can be frozen, but what I got didn't have to be. As for your inquiry about chicken pie or pot pie, I'm not sure. I can check, though.

The fajitas were a smashing success. The trick is to use lime juice, soy sauce and a touch of liquid smoke in the marinade. Then retain a bit of the marinade to saute the meat, peppers and onion in. Include some of the juices off the griddle over the plated fajitas. We had some borracho beans and tortillas to go with the fajitas. Oh man I'm still thinking about those fajitas. My wife knew just how to slice the flank steak to make it tender.
