Thank you Ms. Lacey.

toosie, I sent you a link, thank you too!

I am doing an experiment with the French Lentils, I am right now making them as I would Risotto. I am ladling chicken broth into the lentils so they will absorb the broth. They are taking longer than expected, it will take up to an hour for them to be the way I want.

All dinners sound delicious as usual. Be back later friends. kelsie

Well, congratulate me. I just convinced the hubster it's his turn to cook tonight! Looks like thick sirloin steaks. I don't know what else he's serving up. I'll let you know.

My youngest son is staying with me for the summer- home from college. He's on a 'work out and eat right' kick. So, I'm missing my Publix fried chicken and chocolate cookies. I have concocted some 'cut up fresh stuff and bake it all in one pot' meals I make up as I go. He'll eat anything...so it's all good.

The saga of the pulled pork pizza is coming to a close. It is in the oven. Finally. Manly layers of pork, fresh onion, jalapenos, covered in good BBQ sauce and the top of mozzerela looks like a snow drift. I should be happy camper soon. As long as I set timer.....
