I just breaded (panko) pork chops for dinner.....using the progresso brand panko.....I love Panko! The turnip greens are done and just sitting getting mellow in the pan with the salt pork....and I will micro wave some rice I had in the cooker; this is a simple meal.
I am starting to get down dishes for tomorrows buffet and set the table.....I am looking forward to trying the Asian salad; I also am hoping that the timing printed on the little turkey roll package is right.....(I always gridge and overplan...even tho I know it is a simple buffet.)
I just had a French bread pizza and a beer ,and now I'm getting ready to go too my local sports bar to watch a college basketball game,if anyone is intersted the game starts at 8:00 and will be on the" "HDnet". Channel not sure what number it is
Well when time came to dip I make myself and original baked bean pie. Large serving bowl half full of baked beanie weenies with lots of onion. Then most of a whole carmalized large Texas sweet onion with mustard filled the bowl as the topping.. And there was a layer of jalapenos in the middle. This will hold me until tomorrow sometime.
I had a huge salad with strawberries for dinner and DH had pizza muffins. He said they weren't filling enough but they tasted great. No more pizza muffins on the diet, lol.
