A small pot of taco soup? That is what I do with my left over burgers...
Taco Soup Recipe
SERVES 12
2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, diced
1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans, undrained
1 (16 ounce) can black beans, undrained
1 envelope dry ranch dressing mix
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies or Old El Paso tomatoes & chilies
1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, undrained
2 (7 ounce) cans white shoepeg corn, undrained
2 envelopes taco seasoning mix
taco cheese, Finely shredded
tortilla chips, crushed
Brown meat and onions.
Add remaining ingredients, except cheese and chips.
If soup seems too thick, add 1 cup water.
Simmer, covered for 30 to 45 minutes.
Spoon into bowls.
Sprinkle cheese and chips on top.
Serve while hot.
I use every left over I can and if there isn't enough to do anything with, it can always go in a good pot of homemade soup..
If you like cabbage you could make ground meat and cabbage. Chop up the patties put in a skillet with some onions and shredded cabbage, salt and pepper, maybe a little basil, stir fry and that's a meal.. Could add some Rague sauce if that would appeal to you more..

What did you season the burgers with, were they grilled? Just trying to figure out what kind of flavor they currently have.

Chop the burgers up and:
Add tomato sauce to serve over pasta.
Make taco's out of them. Just add taco seasonings and toppings.
Make chili out of them. Add mix and toppings.
Make burritos.
Sloppy joes.
Mix with rice and tomato sauce and make stuffed peppers.
Stuffed cabbage leaves.
Any recipe that uses crumbled chopped meat you can use.

What can I do w/ leftover banana pudding? Just pudding, not the whole vanilla wafer shebang. Pudding. From a mix.

I'd try the same ideas suggested by younglisa7 for hamburger:
Add tomato sauce to serve over pasta.
Make taco's out of them. Just add taco seasonings and toppings.
Make chili out of them. Add mix and toppings.
Make burritos.
Sloppy joes.
Mix with rice and tomato sauce and make stuffed peppers.
Stuffed cabbage leaves.

Just kidding of course.
You could use the custard/pudding part as a filling or topping for other desserts, pancakes, waffles, French toast, lady fingers, pastry horns, etc. You could also swirl some chocolate syrup, chips, warm peanut butter, crumbled granola, nuts, and such in it to make a parfait. Also consider freezing it and serving as some sort of pops with sticks in them. Take some biscuit dough, apply a dollop, and seal with another piece of dough...then pan fry. You could also serve the pudding as a topping for pecan pie. Make some "red" gelatin dessert, cut into cubes, and serve the pudding over it or mixed in a bit.

Around here leftover hamburgers get used for "loco moco". Make some sticky rice, regular calrose rice with extra water so it will stick together in a ball when you scoop it. Put one or two scoops rice in a bowl, put a hamburger pattie on top, put a fried egg on top and then cover it with brown gravy. I like mine with ketchup and a bit of shoyu (soy sauce) on the rice. Yumm! You can get a whole bunch of different locos at Cafe 100 next time you are in Hilo. They have spam loco, veggie burger loco, ahi loco, sausage loco, etc. Cheap, too! Less than $3 for a whole dish of loco.
How can there be leftover pudding? Put a lid on it, put it in the refrigerator and then put some whipped cream on it and eat it later.
