I bought a pound of Nestles Trio Brown
Gravy mix about a year ago, and it is getting very low.
This is one of the tastiest prepared gravies I've encountered, unfortunately it
is usually only sold to institutions and restaurants in large quantities.
Does anyone know where I may purchase any by the bag, in the Boston Ma. area or online?
A number of Google searches have located the product, but only in bulk.

I use it in my restaurant and love it - their chicken gravy is equally good but I use that way less often. A case contains 8/13.3 oz packages so will easily store and stay good for a long time but another alternative might be to contact your local restaurant suppliers and find out which carry it. Then ask them to whom they supply it and contact the restaurant directly to see if they'll sell you a pack as needed. Good luck and bon appetit!

How do you find restaurant suppliers? I'd like to know for some beef egg rolls I'm fond of.

I just found a place to order the Trio gravy mix on the internet. I used the last of my mix tonight and wanted some more. I found it on LooneyStuff.com - $7.99 for the pound package + postage $5.58 for a total of $13.57 which is well worth it since we like it so much.
