Well, you are an exception. I can't count the number of cube steaks that I have found that had more gristle than meat. I started sending them back to my meat purveyors ... which stopped the problems.

both sound very good!!

This Southern lady says CFS absolutely, positively must have white gravy on top. If it doesn't, it's just a breaded, fried piece o' meat .
