I would have to say Dallas/Ft. Worth is one of the restaurant capitals of America, anyway.

And of course, that's two cities

I haven't really been to 10 cities, but from my experience, the best restaurants I've ever eaten at were in:

#2 New York City most diversity

impossible to list... I think France/Belgium have the best food in the world though...specifically paris and brussels...

for OP I wouldn't put Chicago in top 10 at all for world cities... la is even pushing it... we are talking global.

Maybe if you are talking service or decor...

I am more concerned with the actual food though, the best food takes years to prepare and age
