Middle Eastern, North African, Italian Recipes? (chefs, recipe, cumin, cuisine)

Hey Everyone,

I'm really glad I happened upon this forum. Finally, a topic everyone can agree on! I love to cook, it's my second favorite hobby (next to martial arts). Does anyone want to talk recipes or ideas, especially Middle Eastern, North African or Italian? I grew up half Sicilian in NJ, so the cooking is in the blood, I'd love to help anyone who may have questions about recipes too. Let me know!

Now you're talking! One of my favorite cuisines is Moroccan, and one of my favorite dishes is Zaalouk.

Here's an online recipe that's very close to mine (except I add a bit more cumin).I'm too lazy to transcribe my own.
