Have you heard that Cheerios does NOT lower cholesterol?
Don't really care. I like them for the taste and texture. Although as I understand it, they have shown good results in studies, but the FDA does not like the way the statements on the box are phrased. Probably cutting into Lipitor's profits or something.

I like Grapenuts, too. They are more filling than flake cereal.

Special K. And I eat my cold cereal dry. Sometimes with yogurt. But I don't like milk.

I have not eaten a bowl of cold cereal for more than 30 years. Mostly because I hate milk. But as I recall, my favorite was a tie between Sugar Frosted Flakes and Rice Crispies.

Hard to pick just one favourite, I like nearly all of them. Trix, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Life, Captn Crunch....
I even like the 'adult' cereals, like Special K, Grape Nuts Flakes.

Beer and Cheerios. I was known to eat them during my first class of the day in College.
