Skim organic. I grew up drinking skim, so that's all I can drink now. Once I switched to organic though, I never switched back. Organic milk tastes real!

I'm strictly a rice-milk drinker. Allergic to dairy. Even before I knew I was allergic, I hated the phlegmy taste.

My family does 1%, but DH loves whole milk--which he gets whenever we visit my parents!

Recently tried Over the Moon Fat Free Milk--very good! DH loves their Chocolate milk too.
