Favorites from Sams:

Big tray of biscuits (taste just like homemade)
Frozen guacamole (can cut the packs and thaw 1/2 pack, very tasty too)
Shredded Parmesan (huge container, cheap)
Block of Gruyere (cheap compared to the regular grocery store)
Whole beef tenderloins (good meat and good price)
Bag of chicken wings (ready to cook--huge bag, good price)
10 lbs ground beef (good meat, good price)

Of all the above, the biscuits are an absolute must-have in our house. My husband loves them.

Question What is your FAVORITE food, dish, meal, item to buy from Costco?

Could everyone please share what their favorite food, meal, dish, veggie, fruit, etc. that you have bought from Costco? That you prefer to buy at Costco, instead of other places.

Thanks in advance!

If you would like to add other non food items to this thread, that is OK. Since it seems that Costco sells just about everything under the Sun

Awesome, ALM Thank you so much!

Do you happen to know if the items that have SALMON, is it Wild Caught or farm raised? Have you examined the packages?

In reference to the Swiss bitter chocolate, where was it packaged, made? Does it contain soy at all?

Where are the almonds & pecans from?

Am I to understand that you are not able to buy the European bread anymore?

Finally, are you able to find in your location any European flour?

Thanks in advance!

The smoked steelhead salmon is caught wild from Norwegian Fjord

It is Lindt chocolate and I don't think there is soy in it.

I forgot

Vancouver used to sell European bread.

I bake my own bread since many years!

Finally, are you able to find in your location any European flour?

When I bake my breads I use a mix of spelt flour, multigrain flour or whole-wheat flour. Occasionally I use rye.

Thanks in advance!
You are welcome

My DH is vegetarian so I buy the prepackaged chopped chicken for myself as it can be used in so many different ways. However, it takes me over a week to eat one package so I wish I could get it in smaller packages.

We don't buy many of the large packages of other items as they go stale before we can eat them.

They do have a good price on cat litter so that is a help.
