I loooove to bake. However, it is just my boyfriend and I and he hates when I bake. Not because it isn't good, but because we have tons of whatever I make and we eat it all and are going to get fat lol

I cook but on special occasions, I bake. During Thanksgiving and Christmas, I bake the following:

assorted cookies (I never know which kind I will bake)
dinner rolls (nothing like the smell of fresh baked bread in the house)
chocolate pudding cake (my nephew's favorite)
pecan pies (no I don't make the pie dough - I would have to have too many pie pans for the holidays - and I am lazy)
rice crispy treats (that doesn't count as baking but everyone loves them!)
cheesecake (the recipe I use calls for 3 pounds of cream cheese!)
