Default salt

I salt watermelon and cantelope, sometimes apples. Seems to bring out the flavor.

For fruit - I usually only salt watermelon, cantalopes, and of course - fresh tomatoes from the garden.

I have to salt apples, grapefruit, and watermelon. (of course tomatoes as well, but that's a given!) Lemons, oranges, and other melons and berries and fruits, I sugar.
