Hear, Hear !
I have to admit I am a huge fan of a good Fillet Steak ( served "blue" with Bearnaise or Bordelaise sauce) with Wild mushrooms, Game ( Venison, Wild Boar, Hare, Pheasant etc.. ) and of course fresh Seafood ( Crab, Langoustines, Mussels, King Scallops) and Fish.
But if I don't have to cook it , it will taste even sweeter !

Absolutely but I'm afraid faced with a choice of deep-pan pizza or sashimi, Sashimi will win every time !
