Definitely Naturade Total Soy.
Chocolate tastes amazing. Good source of protein, vitamins, and minerals.
Completely vegan, if anybody cares about that. =p
And it does the job by keeping you full.
Something like 150 calories per serving.

I like Jocalat bars too- they are also Larabars/made by the same company.
They are especially good if you are looking for a coffee or chocolate fix- without wanting to drink coffee or eat a chocolate bar.

Is it thick or gritty? That's my big problem with those shakes..the grit. Blech.

Try to find instant mixing meal replacement drinks. They have been the least gritty.

I will be the third to attest to the Luna bars. They are awesome. Low glycemic index too. Lots of yummy flavors. Don't have that nasty taste that the others do. My fav. flavor is the chocolate peppermint stick!! They have a lot of protein too-so they keep you full. Plus tons of vitamins.
