Kat and Toosie- you'll have to take Mike for dinner while I visit with x2cme. My DH thinks I eat weird, lol. I just eat anything.
Hey, hey, heyyy! It sounded good to me too - I just happened to notice a no-meat trend. So save some for me, too!

It's fine with me if Mike shows up at Kat's but...he can't be picking out all the good pieces of stuff for himself AND I get control of the remote. If he can live with these terms then that's fine. You two seem very industrious so maybe he can get some things done around the house while I watch TV or sit out on the porch

Big government and effective government are mutually exclusive.
I work with government organizations every day at the office, believe me, I know of which I speak!

Last night we split a sandwich made on some of that delicious flat bread I got from the middle eastern market. Avocado and turkey. Was good.

Tonight I'm making baked chicken and some green vegetable.

Government=$$$$$$$$$.............sigh.......
Doesn't matter who gets hurt as long as there is money to be made! Sad...............
We are trying something new today. They had it on sale at HT, it's called iron steak. DH is marinating it now and he is going to grill it for dinner. I will bake a couple of potatoes and have a salad with it. We also picked up some beautiful blueberries for a great price so I'll have those with some whipping cream.
Lacey, how is Mr. L today??

Good morning! After being back in Grand Rapids for two nights I am heading back up to Pentwater for the weekend to hopefully relax on the beach and nail down a reception site.

Last night I had spinach and artichoke dip and a chicken taco salad for dinner. Tonight, who knows???

Hello all, too many pages to catch up on! Haven't cooked since Monday, had to work a few nights and just fend for yourself. Tonight I think it will be grilled steaks if the rain holds off. HG-sounds like you are having a wonderful time!

I guess I started something about gov. and I certainly dont want to turn this thread into a political controvertial thread; so I will leave it at that.....I promise. We dont have to agree on politics to enjoy our Whats for Dinner thread.

I'm hoping for that fresh linguine for dinner. Maybe with pork tips in a red sauce with mushrooms. I may have to sit at the back door with a gun to keep Murphy at bay....He is such a jerk....
