DH wants egg salad, so I will oblige. I'm not that crazy about it, but I guess I'll have a little too. I was supposed to make sauage, peppers and onions until he put in his request.

I won't be around tomorrow, beach day w/GF. I definitely won't be making dinner tomorrow, we'll be ordering a pizza.

Have a great two days and see ya Friday!

Hot roast beef sandwiches with mashed potatoes, sliced cucumbers in sugar for DH and ranch dressing on mine and sliced tomatoes for dinner here tonight. I always keep sliced melon of one kind or another on the dinner table as an extra side this time of year.

Well, I think I will finally get around to making that stinkin' Chicken Alfredo that I have been trying to do for the past couple of days!

Went out to Chilis last night. I got the Buffalo Chicken Salad. It was good, I only ate 1/2 of it so I had the other 1/2 for breakfast!!

Have a great day!

Debsi - Feeling better today. Thanks. Poor hubby caretakes despite his cardiac problems.

We are kind of "blah" about supper tonight. Have no idea! Will post what it is, when we decide what it will be!
