So is the chicken being marinated in vodka, or are you???
Elston, best of luck w/your dumplings.
We just got back from Publix. DH is planning another Chinese feast here at the NMS household. WHat's that? Oh, gotta run...I hear the cocktail bell a-ringin'!
For sure me NMS!!!!! I have earned it this weekend and because he can't drink with the meds he may donate his to me.
OMG what a morning! We have a service plan for our furnace/AC and they were coming to do the Maint on it and they guy used our BROKEN water spicket outside and broke a pipe in our basement and FLOODED our basement!!!!!! ... <SNIP> ... I have a cleaning crew coming shortly and a plumber tonight.... what a mess I tell ya... what a mess..... I'm really gonna need That juicy burger I've been itchin' for now..... and a big giant order of greesy FRIES!!!!!!!
I do hope the HVAC guy has insurance to cover this! Your homeowners won't cover anything related to water - you have to carry separate flood insurance to cover that - even from a broken pipe or the result of a tradesman.

Back from doc AGAIN-told him we should just move into an examining room and decorate it like home. Back on antibiotics (2) and he doesn't think the new drug caused the reaction-well excuuuuuuse me but I read the warning and side effects and they sure fit. So bad on that one too and we'll see. They feel he's headed for another abcess and get this-maybe another CT scan-that makes an even dox in 7 months. Tell me I don't have white coat syndrome!

Lacey - baby - OMG! You might want to see an atty and find out if there was any malpractice anywhere. In most states you only have 1 year from the time it happens to file a case.
I'd join you in the VODKA, but I'm on Methotrexate and can't have any alcohol. I do sneak in a glass of wine about once every 2 months, but the doc always shakes his finger at me about it.
Jeeez - the medicos just wanna take everything that's fun away from us!
Tonight is chicken noodle soup for me, and leftover pork barbacue for my DH. I'm still IBS-ing, so can't eat much.
Hi there, busy day here. Gardening, working out, gardening, negotiating a new contract for my heating system, telephone ringing off the hook! I have to say, the time flew by today.
After all the delicious food we ate yesterday, I decided to eat a lot lighter tonight, so, I made egg salad and some homemade bread.
