I wish food didn't taste sooo good.
What foods/snacks do you all pig out on? Or could easily eat the whole thing of? There are so many things I could pig out on- dried mango pieces from costco, box of wheat thins, I could go on and on but those are the things that come to mind at the moment.
But I won't do it since I'm in the process of losing 20 lbs!

White Castle hamburgers and almost anything from Taco Bell! Horrible stuff, I know but sometimes I just gotta have 'em!

I have a problem with food. The more I like it, the more I eat. THat's why I'm having a tough time getting back to my "fighting" weight. The real problem is there's not much I don't like.

Pizza and McDonald's. Mostly pizza. I used to be able to eat 1/2 of a pizza and not gain a pound. Now I try to eat only 2 or 3 pieces, but it's tough.

And chocolate, of course. Any dark chocolate will do!

I save my splurge on a Big Mac for my birthday. Only once a year sucks!

Ice cream. No matter how much I eat it, it never fills me up.

Don't eat meat very often, but when I do, my fav pig-out food is BBQ ribs..

My more healthy pig-out food is a big salad with spinach, avocado, apples and walnuts with my homemade honey-mustard-wine vinegar dressing..

I too have to go with Ice Cream. Can't get enough of it - I should buy stock in HD or B&J because I invest heavily in their product already!

Guilty pleasure - potato chips or cheetos. Keep them away from me!
