How about potentially misleading advertising? Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but don't the fine print imply that its "a single beef patty" and that it is "7 inches long"? Unless my aching eyes deceive me, both pictures [which, lol are the same image - sorry, but think that they could have at least took two different photos ] show what appears to be two separate patties...

And besides, if I hold that burger out like that, are they implying that some beautiful lady will want to come chomp down on my long and juicy meat?

PS and btw, I agree - while part of me smiles and enjoys the ad , it is kinda sophomoric advertising... but good grief, I'll take just about anything over that creepy King freak!

pps: note that this ad is only being shown in Singapore...

I've got no problem with this ad. Now some of the Hardees' / Carls Jr ads can be a little "suggestive", but they'll reap what they sow with their marketing plan. That's the great thing about free enterprise.

I think it's funny. I wonder if she asked for extra sauce.

I don't think they should apologize and if people want to boycott due to a suggestive ad, oh well. Like it matters to me where they eat or why they won't eat somewhere.

OMG! They SAID the word "bun" on TV tonight. That's it. No bread for my family EVER!
