How is the quality? Good value?

hmmm, just checked out the menu, don't see much in the way of wild game? Must be not looking at right place?
Yes thats it, the quality is excellent the value is not too bad either. Like most semi fancy places the portions are not huge, and their big on presentation.

Their game menu is usually a small card attached to their menu at the table, so it might not be on their web site. If you are ever in the area stop by, you wont be disappointed.

None of these would be my first choice, but I'd certainly try.

I've had fried gator (not bad) and I've had turtle soup (excellent).

I grew up eating whatever we caught on fishing trips. Frog legs, snapping turtle, soft shell turtle, catfish, bass, sunfish, fried turtle eggs and any roe from the fish. There weren't any gators or snakes big enough nearby, so we didn't get those. The rest was all good.
