Kinda strange but over time water has become my drink of choice more often than not. When I was younger gimme soda, juice or something but not just water.....
But nowadays Im perfectly happy with my water...
Do you find yourself drinking more water now than you did 10 years ago?
That's pretty much all I drink. Well...unless it's the cocktail hour.
I often hear people say, "Water is so boring, I have to drink something else." But for me, if you're thirsty, water tastes so good. Everything else just makes me thirstier!
Edit: I missed part of your question. I started drinking it more as a late teen/early 20s, I guess. Now I'm 45. My oldest brother got me hooked. I just drink tap water, though...

Reason: Add'l thought
I got into drinking lots of water while I was pregnant with my first child, back in 1985. It was encouraged by my doctor. It's like I've been addicted to water ever since. I have to have at least 6 tall glasses during the day, more during summer.
I'm not a big juice or soda fan. I like a small glass of orange juice most mornings, that's it. Soda - only once in a while, if I'm eating out and don't feel like wine or beer.
I drink a lot more water now. I can really tell the difference in how I feel if I don't drink enough. I have a well and the water is great, the plastic bottle is just to hold it
I mostly just drink water. In the summer I drink alot more juice and iced tea than the rest of the year, but mainly it is water. My kids also drink lots of it.
Not really. For me to drink water I have to add flavorings and sweeteners. Basically, Kool-Aid. But I only use about 2/3 the amount of sugar called for. Unless it's the pre-sweetened stuff, then I just add more water to it.
Living in a place with well water--I definitely wasn't going to drink THAT water plain!
I love water!
And I don't care to buy that fancy, expensive bottled water................just good old tap water.
I drink at least 6+ full glasses a day.
Never drink alcoholic beverages.
