Fat and calories aside - have you considered the sodium content of fast food?

Indeed; it is hard to get away from crazy high sodium content these days no matter where you go. If I was a sodium nazi in the grocery store, I would end up with an mostly empty cart.

Nice name BTW

Taco Bell food has MSG added, also. How do I know? My aching head tells me so.

That's only true if you buy packaged foods.
If you cook your own food, the sodium is near 100% controllable.

I agree with the sodium... that stuff is loaded! It really would depend on what you get. I mean, if you're just getting a taco..... ehh.. but most don't just get 1 taco.

What about packing some homemade delicious food?

Anyone got any input on the relative healthiness for Taco Bell type joints Vs. McDs type?

It is still as bad as eating it from McDonald's or Burger King. It is still considered FAST FOOD and not very healthy at all for you. You might want to reconsider

This is sort of like asking which pile of poo is better, the Great Dane or the St. Bernards.
