For now I have sworn off of the accursed Taco Bell until I can scrutinize their menu and discern what the healthiest food choices would be from such a place.
Just off the top of my head, it's probably the Fresco Bean Burrito though, provided their is no lard in their refried beans. Eureka, work here is done; guess who's getting Taco Bell tonight. 10 Fresco Bean Burritos FTW.

Well, let me put it this way: All fast food places are bad for you, if you eat them way too often.
Yes, Taco Bell can hurt you too if you eat it way too often. A taco salad from them is like 800 calories already! That's like 2 1/2 meals in one! That's bad and that's how obesity can happen. A McD's small cheeseburger is a little better than Taco Bells tacos or taco salad.
My say is, don't eat fast food, but sparingly (rarely in other words).
