Okay so I don't actually eat it every day, but I do eat it more than McDs, Burger King, etc. I'm not too sure on the numbers, but it doesn't seem like it would be as bad for you as the food from burger and fries type of places.
Anyone got any input on the relative healthiness for Taco Bell type joints Vs. McDs type?
Have you had your cholesterol levels checked? That's where I would be concerned. The calorie and fat content at Taco Bell are just as high as the other fast food chains. I used to eat an Egg McMuffin almost every morning and was surprised at how high my cholesterol went up. I thought the McMuffin was one of the best fast food breakfasts since it is low in calories and fat.

I hope you don't get them from the same one I do in Pasadena, because half the time they mess up my insides...LOL
Depends on what you are eating. Not just at Taco Bell, but anywhere. Taco bell does have a healthier menu with "Al Fresco" (?) items.
Anyway, the best thing to do is look into the recommended daily nutrition guidelines and then go to the fast food websites and download their nutritional information. That way you won't have to guess or wonder. You'll know what you're getting and can choose responsibly and own it - good or bad. Just be careful because even some of the healthier menu options have quite a bit of sodium.
