Default What is your favorite food?

Mine is Cantaloupe but I only try to eat ones from the Arkensas Valley in South-Eastern Colorado
Of course being from Colorado and eating all those sweet cantaloupes from the Arkensas Valley has made alot of things just seem tasteless in comparison.

Well, if we're going to get into produce from Colorado, how about those peaches? Big, sweet, juicy, mouthwatering.
Colorado peaches are absolutely to die for.
I've been living in the South for over a year now and have not yet tasted a peach, whether from Georgia, South Carolina or whatever, that could come close to Colorado's.
Anyway, it's tough to narrow down my favorite food.
I love cheese of all varieties, and I eat salad of some sort every single day.

Asparagus!!! Love it. I once lived in Walla Walla, WA and their asparagus was to die for. And it was cheap - in May (ripe time) you could buy it for 39 cents a pound. So, you buy 10 pounds or more, blanched it and froze it for the rest of the year.

I forgot the cherry trees in WW - no comparison to the cherries you buy in the grocery store. (At least here in Southern CA)

Shrimp! With a nose-running, eye-watering, sinus-clearing horseradishy cocktail sauce.

The previously mentioned asparagus and cherries would be nice additions for my personal little pig-out, only thing missing is chocolate

Have been enjoying asparagus lately, too.

Thanks for pointing that out ..... I didn't want to mention that, but it's true over 50% of people who eat asparagus has a err..... "after taste"

Braised asparagus with a well-done filet mignon..yum.
I also eat authentic Mexican food anytime I can get it.
I love all pasta dishes and a bacon cheeseburger with french fries.
My all-time favorite food is Thanksgiving Dinner with the turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, stuffing, green beans, pecan and lemon meringue pies and French champagne !!!
