Hi DollLady and welcome-
DogMom-just post them here I think what Crazy meant is when you find a "keeper".
Well no egg salad as I have to take mr. l to the doc-his wound is draining and of course typical male-this has been a week and now wants to go!

Shrimp Salad
1 package shell macaroni
2 cans of de veined shrimp or fresh or frozen cleaned shrimp, thawed
Mayo or Miracle whip, your choice
Celery, diced
Red onion, diced
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Early in day cook pasta, leaving al dente...in large bowl combine cooked pasta, Mayo or miracle whip, to taste, salt, pepper, and garlic..Add diced celery and diced red onion. Cover and chill.
When chilled add shrimp, mix well, might need to add more Mayo or miracle whip. Taste and season.
Chill until ready to serve, stir, add more Mayo or m.w. If desired.
Serve with hot garlic or cheese bread.
Enjoy!

I"m headed for the fridge to see what I can scrounge. Got a squirrel that is daring me to set a trap. A nice fat and sassy one that would bring back the memories of being a teen again. My mom would cook most anything as long as I cleaned it. I never grilled one but bet they would be good done over charcoal.
