OK...So no one wants diced Ham Mac n Cheese..I was given "The Look"

Rachel Ray made some Beer,Bacon CheeseBurgers (BBCB's)yesterday, which sounded good, I just dont feel like frying..

I'll just kick it here for a while and hear what sounds good.
I think they gathered from my momentary mood that dinner will come when I am ready. I love that control..

Okay do you have whole small-like yukon golds? If so frying pan, potatoes-whole, chicken broth halfway, cover cook about 20 min, uncover, let broth cook off, add butter. Take a glass and smoosh potatoes til they crack, salt/pepper, let brown, turn over.

Before I forget Kat

Crazy's Steak Tips

3 lbs or whatever sirloin tips

1 bottle KC Masterpiece or Bullseye BBQsauce (seems to come out the best with these)
1/2 Tablespooon of tabasco
3-4 TBLS worcestershire
" " soy sauce
if you got steak sauce add some
lots of garlic powder
about 1 Tablespoon olive oil or sesame oil

As you can see I usually dump and pour but it doesn't really matter in this case

Cut up steak tips into 2" cubes
Marinate overnight or for a couple of days.

Skewer...sometimes I use mushrooms g pepper onion and tomatoes throw on the grill to your liking

Serve on rice I love rice Pilaf....Near East or even Zatarain's but again it doesn't matter
