Rachel Ray made some Beer,Bacon CheeseBurgers (BBCB's)yesterday, which sounded good, I just dont feel like frying..
I'll just kick it here for a while and hear what sounds good.
I think they gathered from my momentary mood that dinner will come when I am ready. I love that control..
I'm thinking chicken salad tonight. Something light and cool.....since the HUMID weather is just not letting up. And to think I have a big Rummage Sale to do tomorrow. IN THE HEAT!!!
Lacey - maybe scalloped - just wanted something a little different! I think what it is , is that I am tired of cooking the same old same old, and my guys are sooooo picky - meat and potatoes types! <sigh>
CRAZYWORLD - Don't forget I want that beeftips recipe! Please ma'am!
Okay do you have whole small-like yukon golds? If so frying pan, potatoes-whole, chicken broth halfway, cover cook about 20 min, uncover, let broth cook off, add butter. Take a glass and smoosh potatoes til they crack, salt/pepper, let brown, turn over.

Whats this??? My crew is all about meat & potatoes..This sounds wonderful..
That sounds good too, Lacey! I think it is just me - got a little burnt out, but am combatting it by buying some vintage cookbooks off Ebay! LOL That's my fav thing to collect!
1 bottle KC Masterpiece or Bullseye BBQsauce (seems to come out the best with these)
1/2 Tablespooon of tabasco
3-4 TBLS worcestershire
" " soy sauce
if you got steak sauce add some
lots of garlic powder
about 1 Tablespoon olive oil or sesame oil
As you can see I usually dump and pour but it doesn't really matter in this case
Cut up steak tips into 2" cubes
Marinate overnight or for a couple of days.
Skewer...sometimes I use mushrooms g pepper onion and tomatoes throw on the grill to your liking
Serve on rice I love rice Pilaf....Near East or even Zatarain's but again it doesn't matter
