Good morning y'all. Over the last couple of weeks I have had to stay with my DH so much that I'm not getting enough exercise. I made the extreme error of stepping on to the scale. Are there any uses for a broken scale????Hmmmmmmm, just curious.

Morning everyone
I don't own a scale. If my clothes feel tight I know I gained weight. I do have Wii Fit and try to use that but you know how that goes. I do a lot of thinking about it. It does weigh you and gives you your BMI so I guess that's my scale

Speaking of the scale.......I have to take it easy this week after totally indulging over the weekend. Saturday night was my girlfriend's bridal shower and the theme was Italy. Our food included a white bean and caper spread on crostini, mini chicken parm sandwiches, fried ravioli, marinated shrimp, homemade pizzas (margarita and eggplant/carmelized onions), and a yummy chocolate cake with raspberry filling and white chocolate ganache.

Then yesterday, we had 5 friends over for dinner/drinks and had pork ribs and chicken that my fiance had smoked all day long......served along with corn on the cob, cole slaw, and cucumber salad. Great way the end the weekend. I have 3 more days of freedom -- back to work on Thursday! Boo hoo! It will be good to get into a routine though.

Off to go workout.........

Morning everyone! Just doing some running around today and keeping up with work emails from home.....tonight we are going to Benihana for our "last hurrah and happy birthday dinner" before DD leaves for college (tomorrow she is flying to Ohio to visit one of her roommates and they will roadtrip back to school where we will meet her in 1 week). School starts tomorrow for DS also...big day tomorrow at the macies household.....got a lot of chores and errands done yesterday so just plan on taking it kinda easy and enjoying the my last day with both kiddos home!

Scale-what is that? My scale's my clothes. I break out in a cold sweat at the sight of a scale.

Doctor report good-we may be able to go "home" but take antibiotics with.

Picked up some corn and tomatoes (2.25 a lb) at a farm truck-have to go back everyday as the kid is just so dang cute!!!!!!!!!!! Looks like my grandson.
