I made a "Chinese Meatloaf". My grandmother use to make it all the time. Hers consisted of ground pork so I made mine with ground chicken, ground scallops, ****aki mushrooms and spices. You steam it. I also served it with some baby bok choy and Jasmine rice.

Yep it's us the "twins" and we are longing to share, sip-sup and share as we all should and enjoy each other.

My kitchen tonight not much-we took a long road trip UGH-so Mr. L had scrambled eggs/cheese/toast. Me---a cocktail, angel food cake and fresh fruit. Exciting huh.

Join us and just chill-venison recipes okay! I love venison summer sausage.

Glad you found us already George. You crack ME up too.
I figured that we can start the thread tonight as I have every intention os sleeping in in the morning and you guys are all early risers.

Hopefully we have created a really fun thread but a thread is only as fun as the good people that join in.

George can ONLY drive the bus if he remembers to pick me up....always always always leaving me behind.
