Bell's Oberon for the summer beer!

I love tomatoes, especially heirlooms from the backyard or the farmers market. Topped with fresh mozzarella and basil from the garden. Yum.

Peaches.

Corn, especially when it's roasted on the grill.

Lots of fruits and vegetables.

Bbq chicken.

Pasta salads as entrees - have 2 favorites -

shrimp, bowtie pasta, and lots of vegetables in a vinaigrette

chicken (grilled or poached), tons of veggies, in garlic-herb-yogurt dressing.

Chicken salad sandwiches.

Carne asada tacos made on the grill w/ homemade hot sauce, onion, and lime wedges.

Cucumber sandwich. Thick (1/2 inch) cucumber slices on white bread with mayo and lots of ground black pepper.

Fresh peas and okra
A good, cold mixed drink. I'm already looking forward to summer.

Fresh picked tomatoes, corn, green beans, lettuce, radishes actually anything home grown & fresh picked from the garden.

I can eat tomatoes everyday when they come on and ripen. One thing I truly only have in the summer is kohlrabi no stores here ship it in out of season.

Burgers & hot dogs on the grill or over a camp fire but then we need marshmallows.
