How can we not want another hot sauce thread. I love hot sauce and my taste evolves. So there are probably some things I am enjoying today that I hadn't even heard of last time this came up.
Really liking the Asian hot chili pastes in oil. I'll post some if the thread is continued.
Then there's the specialty sauces, Walkerswood Jamaican Scotch Bonnet, Huy Fong Sriracha sauce, and some other kinda Mexican sauce I like - can't think of the name, it's brown and kinda oregano-ish.

Yeah, Vietnamese chili garlic sauce. The one with the rooster on it. My other choice is done to death, but nothing beats chipotle adobo sauce for packing in flavor with a dollop.

Sriracha other wise known as "**** Sauce" in college. Beer, pork rinds, **** sauce and more beer. A dietary requirement after finals.

Thought this would be a fun topic to talk about! I searched in the forums and couldn't find one specific to hot sauces. For me, the spicier the better. My favorite right now is Tapatio - I put it on everything, it's delicious.
Rest of them go: 2. Cholula original 3. Melinda's jalapeno sauce 4. Sriracha Rooster Sauce 5. Ortega Salsa Verde.
Also I am looking for new ideas for hot sauces, so by answering this question maybe it'll get me to try out new brands.

I have to say, my favorite is the one I make. We can several jars every summer and it lasts until the next canning season.
You know, I've tried some fancy, expensive hot sauces over the past several months, but I always go back to Tapatio. The taste and consistency is just right, and it is not too hot or too mild.
A 10 oz bottle costs around a buck at the discount supermarkets.
