I like Steve and Ed's. I melt a little butter in it for hot wings.

Cholula. Nice and smokey and not as vinegary as most hot sauces.

And I like Crystal when I want that vinegary bite.

I have many favorites. Louisiana Hot is a fave, Tabasco Green Jalapeño, Grace red pepper sauce with Scotch Bonnets and my own homemade sauces with tomatillo and hot peppers.

The only kind I've bought is Frank's Red Hot. It's not something I normally use.

I was once on the Sunday Food Section of a local paper for my hot sauce collection.
There are so very many to choose from!

I prefer the vinegar types.

I could never say what my favorite one is (depends on the day and my mood)...
I can say that I don't like Dave's Insanity Sauce, all heat, no flavor.

I don't care what brand it is as long as the label is in spanish, it's made in Mexico, and has a picture of a Sombrero, Cactus, or Bullfighter on the label.

My wife, being from New Orleans, likes the vinegary types like Crystal.
