Too busy and didn't take the time to prepare rump roast. Soooo, TGIF BBQ wings and TGIF potato skins, side dish of steamed broccoli and cauliflower w/butter and a little Parmesan sprinkled over. St. James winery Velvet Red, sweet tea. Roast for Friday.

Spaghetti and meatballs...thick, rich meaty gravy! Made it myself - took out of freezer - you'd never know it had been frozen.

Made up a nice chicken broth then added diced celery, carrots, chicken and some leftover egg noodles. It made a very hearty soup that I put out a platter of raw veggies to munch on also. Tonight was Survivor so we ate quick.

Completely fabulous salad at a new french restaurant here in town........beautiful green salad with medium rare duck breast, foie gras, pignole nuts, dried tomatoes, with a drizzle of champagne vinagrette..... the most amazing oil cured olives on the side, and house baked french bread with european style butter..... washed down with a couple of glasses of Tavel rose from Provence.......OMG, cant wait to have a full meal at this place!!!!!!!

Veal steaks and pasta. It's super easy.
1. Go to your friendly neighborhood grocery store and make your way to the frozen food section.
2. Locate 2 containers of Stouffer's Veal Parmigiana.
3. Go to the check out counter. The clerk will want money for your veal.Pay them.
4. Drive home.Take your bounty directly to the kitchen.
5. Open package and peel wrap off a tiny bit at each edge.Cook each for 4 1/2 minutes in your microwave
6. Remove from microwave and don't forget to remove the plastic saran wrap(this is important,it isn't edible)
7. Find a fork and eat.
