Smothered Boneless Country Pork Ribs. Browned them seasoned in olive oil. Then sauted onion and garlic in the same pot. Deglassed with chicken stock. Put everything back in the pot and add chicken stock to cover. Simmer on low with lid vented for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Yummmmmmm

Served with mac-n-cheese and green beans.

Resettled from the last move for a while, internet hooked up , so leftover ham...maybe in an omelet with some sourdough toast...better yet, get hubby to make them!

2 boca burgers topped with a dollop of barbeque sauce, yellow corn chips, and shrimp. A weird dinner, but a tasty dinner. o_O

LOL, one would think I could get a decent taco here, but I actually had to go to STL to get one, I love them so!
