Pancakes where good. Even had blueberries in them. Two strips of bacon on the side for the complete protein needed.

Breakfast for dinner is one of my favorites! Tonight we had an early dinner of spaghetti with meat sauce, crusty bread, and apple pie ala mode.

Left over pasta salad with tuna, eggs, and veggies. Maybe a glass of white wine.

Ok, I decided to do that cube steak another night. I just did a quick fry with the cube steak tonight. I am to tired to try anything new. But I will still share the recipe and you can let me know what you think!!

In a large frying pan melt 2-3 T of butter. Into the melted butter mix 4 to 5 T brown sugar. Mix until a syrup forms. Add steaks and cook over med. high heat until done. Remove steaks, misture remaining will be a very thin liquid. At this point continue cooking the sauce until it is reduced to a thick mixture which you will then pour over the cube steaks and over any starch you are serving with them. It suppose to be a very decadent and delicious way to cook cube steaks!!

Thumbs up Hotter than Texas. or There went my taste buds !

We are having our old standby supper that we end up making when we can't decide on anything better.
Cheese and onion enchiladas made with corn tortillas, chopped onions, grated monterey jack, white colby and cheddar cheese with red sauce. The sauce is Old El Paso can red enchilada sauce mixed with Pace Picante sauce in a glass jar mixed together and heated. The side is Farmhouse brand boxed Mexican style rice and we will garnish the plates with pickled serrano peppers.
Instead of salt and pepper shakers on the table we'll have miniature fire extinguishers !
