Thanks for answering that question. Inquiring minds want to know Now I think I'll have a blondie for desert tonight. Warm with some vanilla ice cream
Edit: I got a DM a blondie is a just like a brownie, but it is flavored with brown sugar instead of chocolate

I don't want my dinner anymore, I want yours!
What is greek rice?

Debsi, that sandwich sounds good.

Cyn, you are so welcome, and it really is yummy! I have put just the rice in a pita with a drizzle of tzatziki and lettuce, it made a great light lunch!

That rice sounds really good, kshe! Unfortunately my DH won't eat anything at all pilaf-y (toasted almond pilaf is MY fave..) so this would be another one I'd be eating all on my own. Maybe I can halve the recipe...

Its really not a pilaf type rice, its a lot denser. If you click onto the recipe link, you will see where you can change how many people the recipe serves, love that about that particular site!
Mookster, gonna look that up, I use a combo of 2 recipes, will post in a few.

There is a blondie potato salad. I wouldn't eat it though. Mayo and sweet pickles dominant. Last night i made a mistake and cubed up BBQ round steak grilled night before. Onions and diced celery in a skillet with cubed steak. Added a little V-8 juice, a little Worcestershire , garlic minced. Made rice to put it over. Not my finest creation.
