My beef tips and linguine was very good. The okra salad made with fresh okra, tomatoes, and onions was very good. And to top it all off I had 6 baby whole pickled beets..

STILL not getting my steak and ravioli's!!!!!!!!! UGH!!!!!!

I was taking a ride to get the puppers their rawhide sticks and saw a sign for the American Red Cross. They were holding an emergency blood drive. I try to give every 60 days, but it had been longer this time. So I turned the truck around and went back to give.

Problem is, now I'm too pooped to want to cook! lol I just ordered a greek salad, a small roast beef sub w/ lettuce, tomato, pickle, mayo, mustard and provolone cheese... and also ordered a small italian sausage, green pepper, mushroom, and onion pizza. Might have that for lunch tomorrow.

TOMORROW night, come he77 or high water, I'm having that steak and ravioli!!! Gonna mix a box of frozen chopped spinach into my jar of Spicy Hot Pepper spaghetti sauce. YUMMY!!!

You're welcome.

I'll just add that the recipe makes enough for 8 meals and is lovely served hot from the oven but it's also really lovely next day served cold for lunch.

Last night for dinner I had my version of Chow Mein.

We ate with friends tonight and had big subs. We all shared a huge Italian sub and a huge American sub. I had some of the Italian and it was delicious.
