Yippee I am celebrating for you!

Pork chops fried with a crispy outside soft and juicy inside will be making friends with mashed potatoes & gravy shortly. I heard something about wanting corn and tomatoes too.

Actually I cooked this recipe that I got from reading the WSJ. It is really really tasty. I would advise following exactly what the chef says to do.

edited version. mixed nuts, parmesan cheese, fresh tomato from my garden, diced chicken breast romaine lettuce with olive oil wine vinegar and lemon juice dressing.
Your posts are concise, no doubt. I enjoyed your enhanced description, dinner is drool-worthy.

We call it a seafood fiesta!
Not a huge seafood fan, but even I can tell it's a true fiesta! Yum!

Another yum!! So many of you are making dinners I am jealous of tonight. I think we're just going to end up with cheese toast.

Nomoresnow...I am sure it was delicious and over the top! Sorry couldn't make it, but I was sure there in spirit...

It was so hot here, I cheated...went to Subway and got a foot long seafood with avocado, all the veggies....put on a plate on top of some spinach greens, cut up bun and all on top...drizzled with some dressing and can't say I was disappointed in the least...still have 1/2 for tomorrow...maybe a snack later

Sorry you missed the pot roast. It was quite good. I was a bit disappointed in the meat, tho. Man, did this one shrink on me! It was good, tho. Tender and flavorful. DH is gone for his "day off", so I'll probably warm some of the leftovers, chunk it up a bit and toss some noodles with it. I just love it like that!

Have a great day.
