I have no idea what to have for lunch but I'm going to be starving. I just ate 5 slices of tomato with sliced onion and cucumber leftover from a meeting.
A big ol' salad with lettuce, arugula, and radishes from my garden plus avocado, cucumber, feta cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette, and a couple pieces of toast with garlic spread.
Easy Mac with a low fat Hebrew National hot dog cut up into it. With a little pepper sprinkled into it. And, get ready, I know you're waiting for this.....
Ice water!
(The "recipe" was one of my Mom's. Adding the pepper was her idea of gourmet cooking. Thank goodness I learned how to cook from my grandmother or I'd still eat like a nine-year-old. Which is what I'm doing today, come to think of it.)
