Romaine with chopped tomatoes and mushrooms, with olive oil and rice vinegar. Nice and healthful, right? Well, in addition, I had Polish sausage simmered in tomato sauce. Enough sodium to put on 2 lbs overnight!

Tomorrow, it'll be back to healthful stuff only.
