Maccaroni salad (w/ ham, tomatoes, Feta cheese, parsley, white wine vinegar, a little mayonaise, a little ketchup) and a bratwurst (leftovers from Saturday's bbq with friends).
Dessert will be a cream made from mascarpone (which is an Italian cream cheese (316 kcal per oz)) + whipped cream + curd + a little lemon juice and some sugar. Cream is layered in a glass bowl on coffee imbued sponge cage and cherries. Very yummie.
