Mmm, I like my roast beef sammiches with horseradish.
Today's lunch is the same as yesterday's: steamed lentils, green onions, and chopped walnuts with a little vinaigrette on mixed greens. These lentils are soooo good that I could eat them every day.
Organic mixed greens (purchased fresh from a local farm) with carrots, celery, grilled chicken breast, fake bacon bits (my favorite!), a few croutons, and Litehouse Asian Sesame Ginger dressing. Yummm!!!
My lunch today is going to be a Chinese Buffet in Dalton,Georgia which i'm going to with My Wife. YUM
