Most weekdays, cereal and milk (shredded wheat, grape nuts, that kind of thing). Occasional weekdays, eggs and toast. Weekends, oatmeal with dried cranberries and brown sugar. Once every month or two is pancakes, omelets, french toast or something special.

I either have healthy cereal or a whole wheat bagel with egg white and salsa. Filling and yummy!

I know I should eat breakfast, but I haven't in years. The thought of food in the morning makes me nauseous.
I typically have coffee or tea, once in a blue moon maybe toast or oatmeal.

Almost always hot oatmeal when its colder or milk and cereal during summer. A side of one scrambled egg, banana, and a glass high pulp OJ. Around 600-700 calories. I prefer to have a proper healthy breakfast. Coffee and doughnuts won't cut it with me. What I can't stand is Sunny Delight. Tastes like medicine.

Weekdays in the winter: steel cut oatmeal with a banana, sometimes with a boiled egg.
Weekdays in the summer: soy yogurt and mixed fruit, sometimes with a boiled egg.
Weekends year round: eggs, bacon and grits
I have not eaten cold cereal for breakfast in over 10 years. That stuff is animal feed so far as I am concerned.

For those of you who eat oatmeal, do you make it with milk or water? I find I don't enjoy it as much if it's made with water.
I typically don't eat breakfast. I have my coffee in the morning and that's it, on weekends I'll eat a toasted English Muffin and maybe a banana.

I hear ya! I need a proper breakfast or my whole day is off, and I feel terrible and sluggish. Offer me donut for breakfast and you may as well be suggesting I eat a slice of chocolate cake!
